HOTEL POLICY:
1- Required providing passport & visa copy for Khmer goverment.
2- $10 charged for the lost of either room or safety box key.
3- No refund of deposit for cancellation, and required to inform hotel 1day ahead.
4- No refund on pre-paid bill, please check room before check in and pay bill.
5- Check in by 2 p.m. and check out by 12 noon.
6- 10$ charges after 12 p.m., or full day charges after 5 p.m.           
7- Availability of rooms before 2 p.m. is depend on the receptionist schedule.
8- $10 charges for each dirty towel, pillow, or $15 for mattress sheet.
9- Hotel not liable or paid for lost the value belongings in your room,
     Please keep in your free safety box for security.
10- No drugs or prostitures in hotel, no underage persons not registered allowed.
11 None registered guest or come 10a.m., will be $3.90 charged for 1 pax.
